Dear David:

Not only was Edmonton Public School Board (EPSB) Chairman Dave Colburn behind the initial drive to get rid of junk food in public schools, he lives his own healthy eating mantra by cooking healthy at home. By cooking for the Edmonton Journal food critic, Mrs. Liane Faulder, Dave is opening up the homes of public school students & their family's to a visual display of healthy eating. In this way, students will want to influence their parent/guardian that they want to eat healtheier at home & at school as well.
