"A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand!"-Mr. Sanford

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

October XIIth, MMXV

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

On this Canadian Thanksgiving Monday, Congressman Mark Sanford of South Carolina is thankful for second chances. Despite having an affair that cost him his marriage outright & broke up his family unit, the Congressman (who used to be the Congressman for the same seat & the South Carolinian Governor when news of his tryst broke out) won his old seat back. Here Mark explains just how ecstatic his "comeback from the political grave" feels.

"I stand before you, I guess, with a whole new appreciation indeed for a God of second chances & how in the events in our life, up or down they may be, how every one of us can be refined as human beings in the process."

Fort Lauderdale, Florida,

Rory
