Democratic Congressman David Loebsack of Iowa welcomes the new Speaker Paul Ryan, Republican-Wisconsin with the gavel from across the aisle by talking about choices. Just as it was Former Speaker John Boehner, Republican-Ohio who chose of his own free will to step down & the House GOP caucus's choice to elect Speaker Ryan as their new boss in the chamber, David asks Americans to make a choice on how they can give American veterans the best education possible so that they can serve their country well in their post-military years!
