"A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand!"-Mr. Whitfield

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

October IIIrd, MMXV

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

Taking a page out of the playbook of The Fightin' Kentuckian is Congressman Ed Whitfield of Kentucky. Ed is fighting for the rights of local school systems & municipalities to get the dollars given directly into the classrooms faster so as to avoid the wasting of time & energy on useless bureaucratic infighting. As a result, the students are thought of first.

"I also believe that local school systems are best equipped to identify student & teachers needs & states must be given maximum flexibility to create & implement education reforms."

Hopkinsville,

Rory
