"A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand!"-Ms. Jenkins

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

October XXXth, MMXV

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins of Kansas is all fired up about the issue of human trafficking. What with the refugee crisis having unscrupulous people selling spaces to transport migrants around the world, this makes sense. Lynn getting legislation passed to try & prevent it is good as many of the people who are refugees could be sold into say slavery or prostitution, including children.

"Human trafficking is a growing epidemic that happens around the world including right here in America, including an arrest in Lawrence that took place just a few weeks ago. Today, I'm pleased Congress took action to bring the victims of human trafficking out of the shadows, & enable us to better secure justice for its victims. This bill is not the end, but it is a strong step towards providing better care for the victims of human trafficking & ending this unspeakable practice of trafficking once & for all."

Holton,

Rory
