"A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand!"-Mr. McKinley

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

October XVIIth, MMXV

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

Today, I ask Congressman David McKinley of West Virginia for his opinion on how to deal with coal ash & how to safely dispose of it. Proper recycling practices & environmental standards must be followed. At the same time, the over 300 thousand jobs for coal mining sector workers must also be looked after. These miners work very hard & many have been laid off, as a result, its harder for them to support their spouses & children. An engineer by trade, perhaps David could engineer a solution in this matter. The issue matters here with all of the Albertan & Canadian coal mines that have been shut down.

"The Senate must act soon on the strong bipartisan support shown here today & give peace of mind to the 316,000 workers relying on the coal ash recycling industry."

Wheeling,

Rory
