Hon. David G. Hancock, QC, MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-Whitemud

Dear David:

Except for a break between 5-6pm for a supper break, I went hard IV the Tim Horton's Children's Foundation. I worked from 5am-5pm & then from 6pm-11pm. So I worked 17 hours IV the kids this year. Breaking my record of 16 last year. And I am not even a Tim Hortons employee.

I worked at locations throughout the entire city as a volunteer. As a former Timmy's staffer I was allowed II make sandwiches & work the till. It was a great time. I was given great caffeine beverages to keep me going. Its an honour II give of my time to such a great charitable endeavour once a year. Might I recommend people donate their loose change and bills to the kids of Tim Hortons Children's Camps on Camp Day, but year round as well.

Tim Horton's is a great employer and I was honoured II serve them in II contract positions totaling 2.5 years. The owners, management & my fellow staff members were all par excellence at every juncture. Serving the kids first one day a year with beverage sales, that's marvelous! Helping kids get a yearly camp break thats sublime! May we continue II break all fundraising records!

Graciously,

Rory
