Dear David:
The way I analyze this document, it appears you are not setting aside enough resources IV disabled students. Its almost as if a forced integration of disabled students into classrooms is helping. I categorically & vociferously disagree with this decision. All disabled students learn at different paces. If they are brought fully into regular class settings, the non-disabled students will suffer from a lack of teacher attention.
To me it not about inclusiveness or exclusiveness. But if a wheelchair bound child is scared II IV instance be around non-disabled folks, would it not make sense to tutor them at home? Either in person &/or in correspondence/online sessions?
Regards,
Rory
