Dear David:

There needs to be an increased focus on the needs of Special Education students in this Province David. I see your educational rejigging includes increased support systems, but not increased monetary expenditures. Perhaps cutting back on administration such as paring back the number of trustees in each division, or cutting back in Lorne Parker's & Edgar Schmidt's cash allowances IV staff would free up dollars IV ground troops that could teach &/or mentor kids with Special Needs. Kids such as mentally handicapped kids and low functioning autistics. These kids are not any less important just because they may have a lower intelligencia David. No, they are just smart in different ways & need our support, especially when dollars are sparse everywhere.
