Dear David:

Let me be unequivocable, I do fully endorse gay marriages in both civil ceremony's & in church denominations (ie.: The United Church of Canada) that will accept them. What Murray Glen Smith did if not "rape" is definitely "sexual assault." Just because the student is XXIII (23) & of legal consenting age doesn't give Mr. Smith the right to "bugger" him or "sexually stimulate" him in any way. What Mr. Smith did was break a relationship of trust between teacher and student. He should have woken up the student and given him the choice II participate. Or, he could have arranged IV the student II be moved II an adjacent room or moved II alternate accomodations himself. Its a hard lesson to learn for both Mr. Smith, but especially IV his victim. "Meat science" convention indeed, sounds more like "meatpacking."

Despicable,

Rory
