Dear David:

Just like the problems you had in Northland District LXI (#61), there seems to be a terrible oversight problem in Washington, D.C. Public Schools and an increase in demand by parents/guardians for Charter Schools (which have higher test scores) II really motivate kids in the District of Columbia. Its very weird, the worse a school is down there, the more of a subsidy its gets from the XLIVth (44th) President, Barack Hussein Obama (Democrat-Illinois) and his Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan (Democrat-Illinois.)

I think Secretary Duncan should demand greater accountability since he is shelling out $17,000.00 of federal funds IV each kid, each year with very poor results. Washington is a federal District so its the Secretary that controls its cash flow, and not the sovereign States of Maryland and Virginia.

Happy Nunavut Day David,

Rory
