Dear David:

Truly sad David II hear of the IX (9) year old boy plunging II his death off a XXVIIIth (28th) story balcony apartment ledge in the great City of Calgary. How awful IV his mom that ashe was nearby and stlll couldn't do anything & IV his father arriving home II the tragic scene. No parent should have to face the death of their child, but sadly, it happens each & every day.

Kids have II be taught safety factors when on balcony's David. Things like, do no step on bicyles or skateboards II have a look over the edge. If they want to see a little bit over the railing or barrier, then a parent/guardian should be there to aid & make sure the are safe.
