Dear David:

There needs II be an increased awareness of pool safety by students and their parents. There has been a staggering increase in the number of people drowning in pools across the nation this year. Particularly in the great Province of Quebec & in Ontario where X (10) people have died in pools in the last X (10) days alone. Many were tragically, kids. This is why we need II emphasize to Alberta parents II try and never have their kids more than "an arms length" away as much as possible. Every second without medical care in the water without attention is a second closer away to a child(ren), or anyone possibly dying.
