XVIth Mayor Of Edmonton David Milwyn Duggan achieved great success in becoming not just Mayor, but also a Conservative MLA & Leader Of The Conservative Party Of Alberta, though never attaining The Office Of The Premier. David was active in The Rotary Club Of Edmonton & was part of the initial setup & broadcast to getting CJCA, Edmonton's first radio station on air to give citizens better updated news reports & what was happening at City Hall. Duggan School & neighborhood are named in David's honour.
